NoUploads PDF Editor is a free browser tool. Your PDF stays on your device; optional font lookup and feedback have separate network behavior.
About this tool
Part of NoUploads, this editor supports changing compatible original PDF text, adding annotations and signature images, and merging, reordering, rotating and extracting pages. No account or payment is required. Use the guide to check whether it fits your document.
Your documents and edits
Opening, editing and exporting process PDF bytes, edited text and signature images in your browser. They are not sent to our server. Work is kept in memory, so export before refreshing or closing. Downloaded files remain where your browser saves them. The local MCP/CLI also processes files on your own device.
Optional font lookup
When enabled, missing-character lookup sends a font name and style to our font service, not your PDF or replacement text. The service can consult its font library and Google Fonts sources. Disable automatic lookup in the text-editing dialog if you do not want this request. A TTF/OTF loaded from your device is processed locally.
Feedback is sent to the server
Submitting feedback sends your message, language and browser/agent source. Messages are retained for up to 90 days. Your IP is used for rate limiting; the feedback database stores a keyed identifier for the quota. The limit is three submissions per IP per UTC day, at least 60 seconds apart. Do not include confidential document content or personal information. No PDF is automatically attached.
Website delivery
The site and its assets are served through Cloudflare and our hosting server. Loading them involves normal network data such as IP address, requested URL and browser headers. “No PDF uploads” does not mean “no network requests”.
Preferences and contact
Your language choice is stored in this browser. The application does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Use the feedback form on the editor home page for bugs and suggestions. Include reproduction steps without sensitive file contents. You can also read the agent documentation and third-party license notices.
